In the following mood so help me out :)
Today, I began using the MyFitnessPal app for my iPhone. And wow, I’m amazed at how helpful it is. Besides helping me really keep track of what I eat, I seem to be eating better by using it. Knowing that I have to put in every single thing I eat, I haven’t been eating any unhealthy foods today.
I would definitely recommend using this app. Not only can you keep track of your diet, but you can also keep track of the exercising you do. (And yes, thankfully the app is free.)
I really believe this is a new beginning for me. I am ready for this.

As of 1/20/12, I am finally getting started on my fitness goals.
I’ve always been on the slimmer side, but I’ve never been truly happy with my body. I am not looking to become sickly skinny, but I do want to slim down more, as well as tone myself up. I’m doing this not only for my appearance, but also for how I feel, physically and emotionally. I want to be satisfied and proud when I see my body in the mirror. And honestly, I can’t remember the last time that has happened.
So, here I am, ready for a new beginning.
